1. Deposit: 25% of the full rate should be sent at time of booking, unless booking is made within 3 weeks of arrival where full payment is required. Confirmation of booking will be sent on receipt of the deposit. The deposit is non refundable, except where accommodation is not available due to circumstances with the control of the owners.
2. Balance: payable on arrival at property.
3. Cancellation: Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing or e- mail. If booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival the full cost will be charged.
4. Arrival/departure: Arrival time is after 2pm and departure is before 11am.
5. Breakages: Any damage or loss to the property must be notified to the owners as soon as possible and where necessary paid for on departure.
6. No smoking: There is a NO SMOKING policy within the property.
7. Cleaning: The property should be maintained by the client during their stay and left as found on arrival. A minimum charge of £30 will be charged should the property not be returned as found.
8. Cancellation by owners: the owners reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances out of their control: e.g. Interruption to any utility supplies. Under such circumstances a full refund will be made.
